Who thinks they are good enough to knock off Shannon Bennett?

For the third Melbourne Culinary Challenge in a row, the Kraft Philadephia* Open Kitchen, promises to be bigger and better than Ever.

In 2004 Shannon Bennett’s, Vue De Monde restaurant was the winning establishment, since then many restaurateurs have wanted to line up and ‘take him and his team on’.

The interest that has been shown so far by restaurants has been nothing short of astounding, one restaurant team is travelling from Sydney to compete, at the time of writing this release, Hugo’s from Sydney, The RACV City Club, The Point, William Angliss, Royal Canberra Golf Club, Team Epicure as well as the raining champs, Vue De Monde have nominated, and with only 12 restaurants able to be accommodated, the competition is going to be fierce, this culinary competition promises to be outstanding.

Thanks to our sponsors Kraft Philadelhia* Foods, with an impressive $10,000 going to the winning establishment, this event is shaping up to be a highlight of this years Melbourne Culinary Challenge.
