Convenience World at Fine Food Australia
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: 15 Jun 2004
Convenience World is proving to be one of the most popular features of the huge Fine Food trade exhibition, running this September in Melbourne.
This dedicated showcase of products and services for c-stores will attract buyers from around Australia. They will come to discover new food, drink and equipment ideas for their business - and to network with their industry colleagues.
Convenience World is supported by the Australasian Association of Convenience Stores (AACS) who will be running a series of seminars, workshops, field trips and a gala dinner at show.
Peter Jowett from AACS says “this will be the major event of the year for our industry. It gives convenience operators a chance to meet and improve their business. We will be running a series of free workshops and field trips to add to the exhibition experience”.
According to Mal Miller of Miller Red Sunglasses “Convenience World with its’ strong backing from AACS and excellent visitor promotion puts us in touch with our key decision makers, the people who drive our growth going forward”.
First time exhibitors are equally enthused, with Liberty Oil’s Mark Kevin saying “We are looking forward to meeting many new independent retailers and have taken a large stand to give us maximum exposure. I’m sure this is the beginning of a long term relationship between Liberty Oil and Convenience World”.
One of the best features of Convenience World is that it takes place within the huge Fine Food trade exhibition. This means that visitors will not only see their regular suppliers but can also meet over 700 exhibitors from around the world.
According to organisers the show will fill the entire exhibition centre and is almost sold out. Suppliers who have not yet booked a stand will need to act fast to avoid missing out. Stands are available from 9-36m2.
Fine Food - incorporating Convenience World and the AACS Convention – runs from 6 to 9 September 2004 at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre. Entry is restricted to the trade. For more information call Richard Talbot on 03 9261 4520 or visit www.finefoodexpo.com.au
